📍 Si me comisionas, estás de acuerdo en seguir las siguientes condiciones 📍
Generales
Tengo el derecho de aceptar o rechazar comisiones a mi discreción.
Las referencias brindadas serán de mucha ayuda para el trabajo y para obtener mejores resultados (estilos, ideas, colores, ambientes, etc).
Una vez terminado el trabajo, enviaré vía mail el resultado final en buena calidad.

Estilos que no son lo mío/no puedo hacer
Páginas o personajes muy complejos
Política/propaganda
Temas sensibles
Pago
El pago se realizará luego de que el cliente apruebe los bocetos/ideas.
Los medios de pago dependerán de donde seas (Argentina-resto del mundo).
Permisos
Los créditos no son necesarios cuando compartan y/o publiquen la comisión pero serían apreciados.
El arte comisionado NO deberá ser usado para NFT ni IA (inteligencia artificial).
Si quiere usar su comisión para ventas, deberá ser mencionado con anticipación para poder conversarlo.
Cambios
Si el cliente no está satisfecho con la comisión durante el proceso, dependiendo del tipo de comisión elegida, se le otorgarán determinada cantidad de cambios.
En caso de excederse de cambios, se cobrará un extra.
POLÍTICA DE REEMBOLSO/CANCELACIÓN
Al cliente NO se le permitirá ningún reembolso una vez que haya comenzado a trabajar en la comisión.
El cliente podrá cancelar su comisión si aún no he comenzado a trabajar en ella.

The references provided will be very helpful for the work and to obtain better results (ideas, styles, colours, backgrounds, etc).
Once the comission is finished, I will send via e-mail the final result in good quality.

Payment will be made after the client approves the sketches/ideas.
Permissions
Credit isn't required when posting/sharing commissioned artworks but is appreciated.
Commissioned artwork should NOT be used for NFT or AI (artificial intelligence).
If you want to use your commission for sales, it should be mentioned in advance so we can discuss it.
Changes
If the client is not satisfied with the commission during the process, depending on the type of commission chosen, a certain amount of changes will be granted.
In case of exceeding the number of changes, an extra fee will be charged.
Cancellations/refunds
The client will NOT be allowed any refund once i have started working on the commission.
The client is free to cancel their commission if I have not yet started working on it.
